Meet Our Founder
Founded by Dr. Jilleane Beard-Archie, Ed.D., LFBW brings together over twenty years of experience in Special Education, administration, academic intervention, and student advocacy. Dr. Beard-Archie combines doctoral-level instructional strategy with lived parent experience to bridge the gap between systems and students.
She partners with families, private schools, and districts to build sustainable paths for student success. Whether providing specialized private tutoring for a homeschool student, auditing IEP compliance for a family, or advising school teams on transition readiness, Dr. Beard-Archie ensures that all stakeholders have the roadmap they need to support the whole child.
